1 cup milk of any type of dairy you prefer

Sweetener (this includes honey, maple syrup or agave nectar)

Toppings is the fourth category that comprises fruits, nuts, seeds, and nut butter.

Instructions:

Put oats, milk and sweetener in a jar or bowl and mix them together well.

Stir until well combined.

Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Instructions:

Instructions:

My option for breakfast is a slice of whole-grain bread toasted.
