1. Beef Chili recipes

Instructions:

2. Beef Tacos recipes
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 [15 oz] can black beans, drained and rinsed
- One can corn, 15-ounce can – drained
- 1 – 10 ounce pacakge corn tortilla and 1 ( 10-ounce) frozen corn tortilla.

- Place a big saucepan on medium heat and caramelize the ground beef until particles are not pink anymore. Drain off any excess grease.
- Place the onion and the taco seasoning into the skillet to fry the skillet’s content for 2-3 mins or until the onion is done.

- Heat corn tortillas as indicated as follows depending on the type of corn tortillas being used.
- Put the beef mixture and the toppings on these tortillas.
3. Beef Stroganoff recipes
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small can, 10 ¾ ounce; condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Carbohydrates (noodles: rice noodles or wide rice noodles or even egg noodles or wide egg noodles.

- Brown the ground beef with the help of a large skillet on medium flame. Drain off any excess grease.
- Cook on high heat for a few seconds, pour in the onion and garlic, cook them until they start to caramelize.
- Include the soup, the sour cream, the beef broth or stock, the flour and seasonings which are salt and peppers. It takes about 5-7 minutes more on a continued simmer until the mixture has thickened up.
- Prepare the noodles as is prescribed on the packet of the noodles by boiling them in water until done Before you start to prepare the dish.
