Ingredients:
- 1 package ladyfingers
- Coffee – 1 cup of strong brewed coffee

- 1 large egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Cocoa powder, for dusting

Tiramisu Instructions:
- Prepare the coffee: Cocoa: In order to prepare cocoa, brew a strong cup of coffee and let it cool, while for chocolate, use milk warmed to boiling. Soon you can add Marsala wine if you wish to do so to the coffee.
- Dip the ladyfingers: In the coffee mixture, dip each ladyfinger just enough to coat them and line them in a single layer to a baking dish.
- Make the filling: In a large bowl whisk the mascarpone cheese until there are no lumps left in the cheese. Increase the confectioners’ sugar, egg yolk and vanilla extract. Beat until well combined.
- Layer the filling: Place another layer of the mascarpone mixture over the layer of the ladyfingers. Layer it again and again and then finish with mascarpone mixture on the top.
- Refrigerate: Spoon the tiramisu and then cover it with a cling wrap and leave in the refrigerator for 4 hours or best when left overnight.
- Dust with cocoa powder: Before this, use cocoa powder to PCs the tiramisu.

- Use strong coffee: The characteristic taste of coffee will be present in tiramisu, that’s why it is better to prepare it with strong coffee.
- Don’t soak the ladyfingers: You should not soak the ladyfingers in it to the extent that they become soggy to handle, rather dip them quickly in the coffee mixture.
